The key benefits of our adjustable loft pillow include promoting better spinal alignment and improving overall quality of sleep. The green tea diced memory foam filling is refreshing and never flattens. For side sleepers, the loft (pillow height) straight out of the box is ideal, but more can be added if desired. For back sleepers, we recommend removing a quarter of the filling for proper alignment, and removing half of the fill for stomach sleepers.

Our shredded foam pillow is made with high-quality, freshly manufactured diced green tea memory foam, unlike those containing used memory foam or lesser-quality cotton and polyester fillings. To fluff the pillow, simply press, squeeze, fold, and repeat as needed. Both the cooling pillowcase and rayon from bamboo outer cover are machine washable and dryer safe.
